Caliente Naturist Resort, Florida
Florida’s newest Naturist resort is just 25 miles from Tampa Airport. This resort offers complete luxury – with the added bonus of being within reach of Orlando theme parks, Busch Gardens and the Kennedy Space Centre. So if you want some time out from working on that all-important all over suntan there are plenty of other things to do.
Caliente is a ‘clothes optional’ resort perfect for both seasoned naturist and first timers who are still thinking about getting all their kit off! If you want to be pampered this could very well be the naturist holiday that you have been looking for.
What makes it so luxurious?
The accommodation is pure opulence, for example the two storey three bedroom villa’s all have 2,200 square feet of living space, with free local telephone calls, satellite television, luxurious sheets and bath towels, kitchens to rival anything you would find in designer magazines. Huge living rooms with eight-foot high sliding glass doors leading onto large patios. The master bedrooms are beautifully appointed with doors leading to screened balconies and views of the water. Sumptuous bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths, walk in shower and two washbasins. The other bedrooms have queen size beds and share a bathroom.
The one and two bedroom condo’s are equally well appointed. As are the cottages, all of the properties have satellite televisions, and are fully equipped to the highest standard. If you are a couple, and don’t want full self-catering facilities, the hotel bedrooms may be the thing for you, all air conditioned and provide total relaxation.
Year round colourful landscaped gardens with seven pools – including the quarter acre Lagoon pools with two islands – in a vast 101-acre setting will ensure that you don’t a feel ‘captive’ at Caliente.

- Full spa service – including facials, hydrotherapy, body treatments, massage and waxing
Entertainment – daytime includes: fitness classes, yoga, tennis, self-defence classes, pilates class, volleyball, petanque (French boule), basket ball courts. There is a disco/nightclub for the evenings. There are frequent special events…its worth visiting the Caliente web site to see what is on offer before you book to see what takes your fancy!
This is a unique and amazing naturist resort and in my opinion certainly worth considering if you are looking for luxurious surrounding and five star pampering.
